By accessing or using Skeju ("the Service"), operated by Skeju ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skeju provides workforce scheduling software for healthcare operators, senior-living facilities, and shift-based businesses. Features include shift scheduling, employee management, open-shift marketplaces, activity logs, and related tools.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Skeju is not liable for losses caused by failure to maintain account security.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to Skeju. We process this data solely to provide the Service to you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer data.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will provide reasonable notice for non-emergency work.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After that period, customer data may be permanently deleted from our active systems, subject to backup retention policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skeju shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify account holders by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
